A Study in the
Book of Ecclesiastes by Bill Baldwin
This study is dedicated to Dr. Mark Futato
of Westminster
Theological Seminary in California. His
whirlwind tour of
Ecclesiastes
in 1994 in Psalms and Wisdom Literature class renewed
my awe of this book's
message, setting me on a quest to learn
more. The quest
continues, but here is what
I've learned so far.The introductory
study in particular owes
a great deal to Dr. Futato's
presentation, even borrowing his
language in places. I trust
that I have pursued
the entire study with the carefulness of
exegesis, the love of
the
Scriptures, and the love of the Savior
revealed in
those Scriptures that I learned from him.
